| Our quality system is certified to the ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C standards(View Certification). Our inspection room utilizes equipment such as a Mitutoyo Bright 504 CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine capable of measuring 20”x16”x16”; Master 3DGage CMM Arm capable of measuring 48" diameter; a Mitutoyo Optical Comparator with optical edge finding capabilities; a Mitutoyo profilometer to ensure surface finishes are within specifications; and an extensive list of bore gages, pin gages, and bench micrometers to name a few. All of our gages are calibrated with equipment that is inspected annually by the National Institute of Standards and Testing. We have two certified A&P/IA personnel for any A&P requirements. |
